IV Lactic Cocktail

Cara untuk membetulkan  Hyperkalemia

Normal Range : 3.5 - 5.0
Mild hyperkalemia : 5.1 - 6.4
Hyperkalemia : > 6.5

Cara Dilute :

1. 10 unit (0.1ml) Actrapid
2. 50ml Dextrose 50%
3. 10ml Calcium Gluconate
